Kushagra 2026 is an intercollegiate competition platform organized by Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Samstha’s Smt. Hiraben Nanavati Institute of Management and Research for Women (HNIMR), Pune, for Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) students.

With the theme “Yuva One – AI provides the power, HI provides the purpose,” Kushagra 2026 brings together young minds to explore creativity, business acumen, innovation, strategic thinking and effective communication.
