• Maximum 2 participants per team.
• Participants may use either a camera or mobile phone to capture photographs.
• Participants must follow all instructions and time limits announced by the organizers.
• AI-generated or AI-manipulated photography is not allowed.
• Round 1 photograph must be submitted as a soft copy on or before 12 October 2026.
• language barrier: participants may communicate and present in English, Hindi & Marathi.
• The organizers and judges’ decisions will be final.

1. Submit one photograph that you consider your Best Click so far.

   • No theme restriction for this round.
   • Give a short pitch/presentation explaining where and when it was captured, the emotion/story behind it, and why you consider it your Best Click.
   • Selected teams proceed to Round 2.

   ROUND 1 Best Click submission deadline: 12 OCTOBER 2026

• A theme will be revealed on the day of the event.
• Capture one photograph within the fixed time limit and on the event premises.
• Present the photograph to the judges.
• Judges will evaluate connection, relevance, creativity and interpretation of the theme.
• Selected teams proceed to Round 3.

• Teams qualifying from Round 2 enter the final Surprise Round.
• The concept, task and rules will be revealed on the day of the event.
• The Surprise Round will determine the final winners of CAPTURA.
