“Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav” – CELEBRATING THE 75TH YEAR OF INDEPENDENCE

The guest session on “Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav” was organized on 26th March 2020 at HNIMR, in association with Prabodhan Manch, Pune. The session started with the National anthem and ashram geet, sung by Miss. Nishigandha Ghorpade.

Miss. Sukanya Kadu has introduced guest speaker Dr. Santishree Pandit to the audience and also welcomes honorable members of Prabodhan Manch, Pune. Shri. Haribhai Mirasdar, Dr. Anand Lele, Shri. Vinayak Gogate. Guest speaker, Dr. Santishree Pandit shared her thoughts on Sanatan Dharma, How India reproduced real superheroes and we should be proud of them. Also explained, concepts like feminism, coexistence already exist and different practices by our ancestors. She has motivated girls how we should respect our Indian legacy and how we can make our nation proud through her speech. She has also highlighted the real agenda behind the celebrating “Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav” movement started by Hon. Prime minister Narendra Modi, that we have to start searching for people who really contributed for our nation to stand out strong in front of the whole world. India is the one and only oldest civilization that is still functioning well. And many more.

This session was followed by a vote of thanks session by Miss. Shreeya Mahajan. The entire event was coordinated by Prof. Priyanka Potdar, Dr. Suvarna Dhaamdhere and IT department, under the guidance of Dr. Mihika Kulkarni. Session concluded with Q&A session and followed by Vandematram.
