Report on MBA Pilot Study Programme 2021 – 8th Feb 2021 – 18th Feb 2021

The MBA Pilot Study Programme (induction) 2021 was held online through Google meet from 8^th to 18^th Feb 2021 for new batch, capturing contemporary trends. Pilot Study Program puts in the foundation for the success of MBA students. A ‘MBA Pilot Study Program’ support students learning and maximise their opportunities to start forming their network with the classmates, seniors and social community. It is the foundation for learning throughout the year.

During the programme various sessions were held by resource persons and college faculty members. The programme included the sessions on – mind mapping, Stress release through Fitno-D, Outline of syllabus, Teaching Learning & Evaluation at HNIMR, Preparedness for online learning, Student council interaction, MBA as an Entrepreneur, Broaden you career opportunities- foreign language, Corporate grooming, Feeling, Looking & being Healthy, Why MBA- Alumnae Interaction, Library as a resource centre, Inner Excellence & human values, Placements at HNMR, Activities at HNIMR- Blended with academics, Introduction of Baya Karve, IT tools & ITC at HNIMR, Design Thinking and Parents meet.

Resource person were industry experts having knowledge in their field including Mr. Dharmendra Rai, Avik Bhattacharya, Mr. Anand Kolharkar, Mrs. Anagha Vaidya, Mr. Yogesh Shinde, Mr. Rahul Mali, Ms. Pallavi Kaushik, Ms. Vishaka Oak, Mr. Amit Deokule, Mr. Bala Ramdurai and members of faculty. All these resource persons shared their insightful thoughts with students helping them gain an overall understanding. Students found the sessions very interesting and there was a lot of interaction during these sessions
