MBA JUNIOR INDUCTION REPORT 2023

Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Samstha’s Smt. Hiraben Nanavati Institute of Management and Research for Women has organized 8 days Induction Program for first year students from 17/08/23 to 25/08/23 .

It was a splendid morning for the Pune and a golden dawn for the new batch of MBA students of HNIMR pursuing their master’s degree in business management in an exceptional institute of significant repute towards flourishing career and life. The students of MBA 2023-24 Batch received a warm welcome by their by the Institute.

The first day of the Induction Program began with registration and inauguration, wherein prayers were offered for blessings from the divine so as to lead the students smoothly from the path of ignorance to the path of knowledge.

After the national Anthem, Dr. Surya Ramdas  the Director MKSSS’s HNIMR welcomed the gathering comprising of students, parents, and faculty members. Congratulating the students on their admission to HNIMR, For this Program Dr. Nidhi Dhanju  CHRO of PRAJ Industry was the chief guest for this  program. She stressed upon the need to pursue excellence by using unique learning methodologies and aiming to acquire diverse skills by effectively utilizing the plethora of opportunities provided by the institute and available in the marketplace outside.

Next session of the day began with the parents meet, wherein the response was overwhelming.

The session proceeded with the introduction of teaching and non-teaching staff followed by the lunch served by Suswad Canteen.

Post lunch the Alumni interaction was planned. All the Alumnae shared their real-life work experiences with the students and stressed on the need to learn the basics, core subjects and have lot of patience and determination.  The discussion proved to be highly informative and constructive.

Lastly all faculty members and office, library, lab staff were introduced to the students. This induction Program was coordinated by Junior coordinator Dr. Sneha Aarekar
