The domain grooming session was conducted for each specialization on the topics:
Finance – “Synergy between domain skills and will for being a finance professional”, Swati thrown a light on various domain and cross domain skills required to be successful in finance profession.
Marketing –“Brand Marketing”, Students got insight into branding fundamentals, elements and significance of branding, grasp the concept of perceptual mapping and comprehended the intricacies of brand marketing process with real life examples.
BA – “Tools for Business Analytics”, The session explored Ms. Patwardhan’s approach to skill development, focusing on her proficiency in Python. She stressed the importance of learning programming languages in Business Analytics, showcasing how these skills empower professionals to extract insights from data.
HR – “Performance Management & Competency Mapping”- Students got deeper understanding about the entire employee life cycle in the organization and how PM system and competency mapping practically implemented in any organization.
