Gender awareness is needed because no one is ever completely able to ‘step outside of the social and cultural processes that partly shape our personalities, values, and perceptions, but we can still develop ways of reflecting and ways of interrogating ourselves, and this is very important for group work and group.

Women’s empowerment and gender equality are one of the priorities at HNIMR institute. Institute always tries to bring a positive change in the attitude of the students and staff alike to promote equity among genders within the institute and in our outreach initiatives.

Objective:

  1. To promote all-inclusiveness, tolerance, harmony, and women’s empowerment among the students and staff.
  2. To make the girl student of each new batch and all the staff gender sensitive and create positive values that supports the girls and their rights.
