  3. 10th (S.S.C.) & 12th (H.S.C.) Original Mark List
  4. Mark list of Graduation – Original
  5. Leaving / Transfer Certificate – Original
  6. Photographs-2 Passport size for admission
  7. Students taking admission under TWFS scheme – Income Certificate is must
  8. Students taking admission under EWS scheme – EWS Certificate is must
  9. Person with the Disability requires Person with Disability Certificate
  10. Students taking admission under Defence quota requires Certificate evidencing the status of defence personnel of candidate’s parents
  11. Aadhar Card
  12. Bank Account Number Link with Aadhar Card
  13. Migration Certificate (if applicable) – Original (Only for those who have done graduation from a University other than Savitribai Phule Pune University)

Please ensure that you have at least three photocopies of all the documents submitted by you for the admission.  Note that the documents will not be returned for any purpose till approval of Admission Regulating Authority.

Fees Refund Rules for Cancellation of Admission

The refund rules of State Common Entrance Test Cell will be applicable for candidate admitted through CAP Round.

IMP : Students from Reserved Category

Candidates who belong to reserved category and are admitted through State Common Entrance Test Cell can apply for the Scholarship, mentioned below according to the following government rules.

Scholarship / Freeship : 2022-23

Candidate has to fill-up online e-scholarship form (website: MAHADBT:https://mahadbtmahait.gov.in/login/login/)  & submit following documents with application :

  1. Attested photo copy of Caste Certificate
  2. Attested  photo copy of Caste validity  certificate
  3. Attested photo copy of  Non-creamy layer certificate validity upto 31.03.2024
  4. Original copy of District Change Certificate (for student from other than Pune District)
  5. Photo copy of Graduation Mark sheet.
  6. Original copy of Income Certificate from Tahasildar

  8. Photo copy of DTE Admission letter
  9. Photo copy of Leaving Certificate/T.C.
  10. Hostel Admission letter & fees certificate
  11. Photo copy Aadhar Card (UID )

GR for the Scholarship and Freeship are as follows:

  2. GR of Post Matric Scholarship scheme
  3. GR of Tuition fee and Examination fee Freeship
  4. GR Punjabrao Deshmukh Nirwaha Bhatta for students

Students  are required to open  Savings Bank  A/C in any Nationalized  Bank . It should be linked with Aadhar Card. Further they have to  give details of Bank Code  Number, IFSC Number, & MICR Number. The student has to submit the  on-line  scholarship  form along with above documents as per date declared by the Government. If the form are not submitted till due date, the student will fail to get the scholarship. Note : Format of Gap Certificate is attached separately in the respective point mentioned above in the procedure.
