‘Vachan Prerna Din’ was celebrated on 15th October 2025 on the occasion of Bharatratna Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Jayanti by HNIMR Library. B-Quiz was organized for the students in association with Business Standard. Top three prizes were declared, and prize distribution was also done. Guest Aradhana Tyagi Madam motivated students to improve their reading skills by reading general literature apart from academic reading.
Display of books on Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam and Marathi Literature was done in library, and students and staff members were encouraged to issue books. Staff members and students donated books to their relatives and friends to encourage reading. Library also sent motivational messages to students and staff members of HNIMR on the importance of reading.
e-books on Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam were sent to students and staff members. List of Books on Marathi literature available in library was shared to students and staff members to promote reading Marathi literature. Marathi Vachan Katta is formed where students can join and post literature in Marathi so that all readers can benefit from the same. Overall event was coordinated by Librarian Mrs. Manjushree Nawale with the help of Library staff Mrs. Minal Kotwal under the guidance of Director Dr. Priyanka Singh
