Report on PANACHE 2021

‘PANACHE’… the most awaited intercollegiate cultural-sports event on Campus at HNIMR was organized on 26^th Nov. 2021. The event was carried out following all Covid guidelines. This year the event consisted of 6 competitions like Solo Dance, Solo Song, Chess, Suryanamaskar, Mehendi and Rangoli etc. Students from colleges across Pune participated in the event.

Under the guidance of institute’s director Dr. Surya Ramdas, faculty event heads and all the student volunteers worked day in day out for the event to become a grand success. This event had become the talk of the town only because of their dedicated efforts for it.

On the day a closing ceremony was organized with Prize distribution. For this we had a popular face of Marathi industry Miss.Parna Pethe. She felicitated the winners and wished them luck for the future endeavors. The event was a grand success… The evening attraction of the event was ‘Çultural Program’ by professional performers. For this we had Miss.Rama Kulkarni and Troop on campus. This performance proved to be stress buster for the students as well as staff.

Through such events our students learn management principles, it helps in building their confidence, enhancing communication skills of the students, providing them a platform to execute strategic management and time management etc. Such events are integral part of our teaching-learning process.
