Report on Corporate Networking and HR meet.

The corporate meet and greet event was organized on 4^th June 2022 with the objective to have interface between industry and academia. The event began by address of director Dr.Surya Ramdas Madam, followed by Ms.Dolly Panday, Placement and Training In charge discussing the theme for panel discussion. The Alumni of the Institute and the Industry expert shared their words of wisdom with the students.

The first panel discussion was of alumnae. The star alumni of the college visited the college and addressed the audience through their valuable insights. The Alumnae who were present for the panel discussion were Supriya Apte, Chinmaya Khole, Srilekha Gokhale, Rashmi Tare, Rucha Deshpande. The Alumni had diverse experience from different specialization and rich knowledge to share with the students.. To highlight Rucha spoke about her experience with tech Mahindra and then switch to RBI as a business analyst. She spoke elaborately about the time management, and juggling through all responsibilities. Srilekha spoke about her journey from motherhood to getting back to corporate job role. Supriya Apte discussed about having niche skills to stand out from the crowd. Chinmaya Khole discussed how marketing specialization can be the most employment generating specialization in current times.Rashmi tare discussed about the challenges and opportunities in the field of human resource and her role as human resource manager and how she handled difficult situations. The panel discussion was followed by question and answers from the students.

The second panel discussion with participation of the corporate experts. Mrs Toshavi Financial Analyst., Neha Ratnakar Image consultant, Mrs Madhavi, Patil Hr Consultant, Mrs Meera Mahaerkar (HR Consultant), Devendra Mali, Rishi Moolani Hiring Manager Finsmart  participated in the panel discussion. They shared their views on the current corporate, environmental, and social scenario. The panel answered the questions of students and the session ended on a motivational note.

The event was Co-ordinated by Dr.Jyoti Gaikwad and Prof. Ranjana Gogate with able guidance of Director Dr.Surya Ramdas Madam.
