A certificate course on “HR Analytics” was organized for MBA Jr. & Sr. HR specialization students on 8^th & 9^th July, 2022

Mr. Rohit Sawant, expert from corporate from the field of data science had conducted this course.  He gave insight on the topics like introduction to HR Analytics, Data requirement for analytics, Composition of Analytics, HR analytics specific- use cases, visualization and predictive analytics using Microsoft excel. They have also been given the assignment to gain detailed knowledge and hands- on experience.

This course was very much useful to the HR students for their future and placement as it gave a holistic information on HR Analytics in an organization.
