HNIMR has organized a session on Sexual Harssment Prevention to create awareness about the Sexual Harrsement. It is one of the most important aspects for employees and  of any organisation as well. Madam explained the topic in detail in which she emphasized on certain aspects such as concept of Sexual Harssment , Case law Vishakha V/s State of Rajstan,  Different provisions of Sexual harrsement Prevention Act, 2013. How to file a complaint, about the Internal complaint Committee, procedure for handling the complaint. She has also discussed the process in detail and the role of the authorities who are involved in the process. She has also discussed  real life case studies to make us understand how this works in real life and attributes required for effective Sexual Harssment Prevention.
