Report of “KALEIDOSCOPE 2022”

Maharishi Karve Stree Shikshan Samstha’s Smt. Hiraben Nanavati Institute of Management of Women had organized a week long Inter Collegiate Academic & Cultural fest to celebrate its 26^th Anniversary.  It was a weeklong Academic & Cultural set of events from 17^th Dec to 23^rd Dec’22 at HNIMR campus. “Kaleidoscope” was coordinated by Dr. Arpita Singh & Dr. Sneha Arekar under the guidance of the Director of the Institute Dr. Surya Ramdas. The inaugural event of Kaleidoscope was on 17th December 2022 followed by “Tracing the Footprints” in which HNIMR alumnae were invited on campus to share their corporate experiences to the present batch students.

Poster Presentation & Book Review Competition was organized on 19^th Dec’22 for the MBA students of HNIMR only. It was in light to inculcate the habit of reading good books and to use our Library effectively. On 20^th Dec’22 it was the Research workshop along with “Horizon” the Intercollegiate Summer Internship Project Competition for the MBA students. Likewise, on 21^st Dec’22 an event on Entrepreneurial Development having workshops and Intercollegiate competition on Business Plan was organized. Students from varied colleges participated with great enthusiasm.

One of the prime events of HNIMR is the Academic fest called “KUSHAGRA”. It was organized on the 22^nd Dec’22 having sub events like Best Manager, Treasure Hunt , Mad Ads and the Corporate Quiz. The week long series of events came to an end with our very popular cultural fest of “PANACHE”. It was having sub events as Solo Singing , Solo Dance , Group Dance , Mehndi…

HNIMR received an exemplary response through registrations from varied colleges. Director of the Institute Dr. Surya Ramdas congratulated the winning teams, thanked other College Directors who had sent their registration and at the same time she thanked our Samstha for their constant support and motivation.
