MKSSS’S HNIMR – “KALEIDOSCOPE 2023”

Kaleidoscope is a blend of Academic and Cultural event which is organised by Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Samstha’s Smt. Hiraben Nanavati Institute of Management and Research for Women. HNIMR organised a weeklong Inter Collegiate Academic and Cultural set of events from 21^st October ’23 to 27^th October’23 at HNIMR campus.

The inaugural ceremony of Kaleidoscope was on 21^st October 2023. The Guests for the inaugural function were Mrs. Sarika Pathak, Founder & CEO of Cresa Greentech and Ms. Rutuja Jagtap, a successful second-generation entrepreneur. The student co-ordinator Miss. Youradini Khetawat oriented the students about various events during ‘Kaleidoscope 2023’. Director of the Institute, Dr. Surya Ramdas briefed the students about the activities and the learning they we can derive out of it. On the same day – 21^st October 2023 we had, “Tracing the Footprints” was organized wherein, HNIMR alumnae were invited on the campus to share their corporate experiences to the present batch students.

Poster Presentation was held on 23^rd October 2023. It is an event for the MBA students of HNIMR only wherein the girls select a concept of their choice and make posters and/or models on the related topic. They presented the poster/model to the judges. Dr. Prachi Murkute and Prof. Bharti Kharshikar were the judges for the competition.

On 25^th October 2023 we had 2 events going on simultaneously which were “HORIZON”, an Intercollegiate Summer Internship Project Competition for the MBA students and an event on Entrepreneurial Development which is an Intercollegiate Business Plan competition called “BIZOTIC”. Students from various colleges participated with great enthusiasm. Dr.Mamata Mishra and Ms. Priti Nagarkar & Mr .Mukul Barmecha were the judges for the event respectively.

One of the prime events of HNIMR is the Academic fest called “KUSHAGRA”. It was organized on the 26^th October 2023 which had sub events like Big-Wig (Best Manager), Treasure Hunt, Mad Ads and the B’ Quiz. The participants from various colleges from the city appreciated the management of this event and felt it was mental delight to be part of ‘Kushagra’.

The most interesting event during ‘Kaleidoscope 2023’ – a cultural fest, “PANACHE” was held on 27^th October 2023. It had numerous sub events like Solo Singing, Solo Dance, Group Dance, Street Play, Nail Art and Mehendi. Grand stage, professional music, huge number of participants….the event was a grand success. The students from various colleges participated in Panache in large numbers. Our Director Dr. Surya Ramdas congratulated the winning teams and thanked other institutions for participating in the event. She thanked our Samstha for their constant support and motivation.

Evening of 27^th Oct. 2023 was a relaxation and rejuvenation for HNIMR volunteers. The institute organised ‘music concert’ for them and it was followed by delicious closing dinner.

Overall, the” Kaleidoscope” organized by HNIMR was a grand success. It provided a platform for students to showcase their skills and talents in various fields. The event also taught many things to the students. The event was well-organized and managed, making it a memorable experience for everyone involved. The event witnessed footfall of around 750 students. Around 300 students from other colleges participated in this event. The event was sponsored by Katraj Dairy, Pune, Ultratech Cement, Pune, K S Enterprises, Mumbai, Venus Traders, Pune, Kalyan Janata Sahakari Bank, Pune, Samartha Transportation & Roadlines, Pune, Mr. Pramod Borse, Nasik and Mr. Pranay Adhau, Amravati. This event was organised by Dr. Archana Pradhan and Prof.Priyanka Potdar under the guidance of HNIMR’s LMC chairman Dr.Kishor Desarda and Prof.Vidyatai Kulkarni – LMC member and Dr.Surya Ramdas – Director HNIMR. Mis Youradini Khetawat was the student coordinator of this mega event.  HNIMR is thankful for all the participants for participating in huge numbers and its esteemed sponsors.
