Session on Mental Health and Social Well-Being

A session on “Mental Health and Social Well-Being” was organized on 30 September 2026 for the students with the objective of creating awareness about the importance of mental health and its impact on personal, academic, and social life. The session was conducted by Ms. Karuna Jadhav, who shared valuable insights on maintaining emotional balance, developing resilience, and fostering healthy social relationships.

The speaker highlighted the significance of mental well-being in today’s fast-paced and demanding environment. Various aspects of mental health, including stress management, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, positive thinking, and coping mechanisms, were discussed in an interactive manner.
