Report of HORIZON -22 -The SIP Competition

The SIP based competition started from 1.30pm. on 20^th Dec.22.There were 11 participants from Various Colleges in the city. The participants presented their SIP work in form of the PowerPoint Presentations along with the executive summary. The Judge for the competition was Dr.Rashmi Hebalkar. Dr. Rashmi Hebalkar is a keen learner, an innovative teacher, a trainer and a mentor. She has done Ph.D. in Management and is a Ph.D. Guide. She is also the evaluator of doctoral and post-doctoral research. She has more than 40 years of experience to her credit as a faculty of commerce and management and of 25+ years of experience as a corporate trainer and consultant. She is the Founder Director of Prabodhan Management Consultancy and Research. Under Prabodhan, she conducts, Faculty Development Programmes along with the Certificate programs for MBA students  Student Development Programmes  Employee and Management Development Programmes Research Workshops to build the capacity of the researchers.

The Competition was conducted in Two Parts Inter Collegiate competition where the students from various colleges participated while in the Intra Collegiate Competition & students from our own institute participated. The students were given 15 Minutes time. After 10 minutes the warning bell was given and after 15 minutes the final bell rang which was followed by the Questions  and Answers Session.Dr.Rashmi Hebalkar asked various question focusing ON outcomes and research methodology.The competition saw very nice projects and it was very tough for the judge to declare the results.

Monali Mahadik from Chettan Dattaji Inst.of Management Stood first, Sanjyot Pawar from IMCC stood second and Ms.Sakshi Balkawade from IMCC secured the 3^rd Position.From HNIMR, Ms.Tanvi  Sarnaik stood first,Pratiksha Khele stood second and Pratiksha Kotwal stood Third. The Judge for the Intra Institute competition was Dr.Ashok Pawar, Associate Professor, HOD Marketing Department, HNIMR.

Respected Director Dr.Surya Ramdas Addressed the students at the end of the Day.Dr.Ashok Pawar,Associate Professor,HNIMR and Ms.Samriddhi Kolhe Was Felicitated By Dr.Rashmi Hebalkar and Dr.Surya Ramdas for Filing the Patent. Dr.Surya Ramdas and Dr.Rashmi Hebalkar gave away the prizes which constitute of cash prizes and a Trophy.
