Guru Purnima was successfully organized and celebrated at HNIMR to honour the invaluable contributions of teachers, mentors, and guides in shaping the lives of students. The event commenced at 10:00 AM with full enthusiasm and reverence. The celebration began with a respectful tribute to Maharshi Karve, where flowers were offered to his portrait to honor his legacy in education and social reform followed by Ashram Geet .
Dr. Priyanka Singh Director of the institute delivered an inspiring speech, emphasizing the critical role that teachers, gurus, mentors, and parents play in an individual’s personal and professional growth. Also, she motivated students to inculcate value-based education.
After her speech 
Dr. Sneha Aarekar, IKS faculty explained the role of teacher in Indian Knowledge System. The entire event was anchored by Ms. Prachi Sharma. The event concluded on a positive note, witnessing full attendance and active participation from all teachers, non-teaching.
