Industry Visit to Academy of Carver Aviation (ACAPL)

We recently had the incredible opportunity to visit the Academy of Carver Aviation (ACAPL) in Baramati for an industrial visit, and it was a truly soaring experience!

As one of India’s oldest and most respected DGCA-approved flight training institutes (established in 1995!) Carver Aviation provided us with a front-row seat to the world of professional aviation.

From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in an environment of precision and discipline, highlighted by the opportunity to witness live student take-off practices at the Baramati airstrip. A technical highlight of the day was the detailed walkthrough of the flight deck, where a pilot broke down the complex instrumentation of the cockpit, providing us with invaluable practical exposure to modern avionics. The experience was further enriched by a classroom session with the Chief Pilot, whose fifteen years of industry expertise offered a rare look into the mental fortitude and technical skill set required for a successful career in the skies.

Seeing students engage in hands-on maintenance alongside their flight training underscored why Carver Aviation is a preferred pipeline for major airlines like IndiGo and Air India. This visit was more than just a tour; it was an inspiring deep dive into the engineering and operational excellence that defines the future of Indian aviation, leaving us with a profound appreciation for the professionals who keep our skies safe.
