Report on International Conference on “Recent Advances In Business Management-Vision-2025”

On the 8th and 9th of June 2023, MKSSS’s Hiraben Nanavati Institute of Management & Research for Women hosted an International Conference on “Recent Advances in Business Management Vision – 2025.” The conference was organized under the guidance of Director Dr. Surya Ramdas, with the Research Head Dr. Mihika Kulkarni of the institute leading the efforts. Dr. Mihika Kulkarni served as the programme convener for the International conference. Mr. Vinod Bidwaik, the Director of AP Globale, graced the inaugural ceremony as the chief guest. Other notable participants included Ms. Shefali Vaidya, a writer, digital creator, and social media influencer, and Dr. Vinod Shastri, the Dean of Student Affairs at Bennett University and the Head of the center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
The inauguration was followed by an online lecture on the topic of “Sustainability Strategy – China’s eco civilization” presented by Ms. Katarzyna International Conference 2023 Mazur, who holds a PhD in Economics from Opole University in Poland. This was followed by a panel discussion on “Recent Advances in Business Management Vision – 2025” featuring CA Swapnil Munot from S M Munot & Associates, Mr. Neeraj Panchal from IP – John Deere, and Mr. Ketan Kapoor, a Social Entrepreneur.
Following the panel discussion, there was a Technical Session 2, which focused on an Alumnae meet centered around the topic of “Data Driven Enterprise of 2025.” Ms. Trupti Bandal, an Associate Director at UBS, and Deeba Nair, a Learning program expert at Amdocs, presented their insights on the emergence of data, technologies utilized in the corporate sector, and the significance of data as both oil and “DATAA.”
The second day commenced with a Research paper presentation, with 100 students from Islampur presenting their research topics. A total of 35 papers were presented, covering diverse subjects such as Wealth Maximization through ESG theme, Cropping & Irrigation Patterns, and Infrastructure of Electric Vehicles. This was followed by an online session 3 on the topic of “Advancement in AI for Business Management” presented by Ms. Shruti Bothe, a Senior AI Researcher at Ericsson INC. Later, Mr. Yogesh Shinde, an entrepreneur from Bamboo India, shared insights on their global business expansion and securing funding
The conference concluded with a Valedictory session graced by distinguished personalities, including Ms. Leucadia Milly Sandeep, an Independent HR Thought Leader, who spoke about defining goals and employability skills in the campus-to-corporate journey. Mr. Hrishikesh Desai, the Chief Data Strategist at Australian Energy Regulator, discussed the transformations from Industry 1.0 to Industry 4.0, the utilization of AI, and Leadership in 2025. Dr. Giorgi Sosiashvili, a Reactor from Goristate University, along with Director HNIMR Dr. Surya Ramdas and Dr. Mihika Kulkarni, the Programme Convener, also contributed to the valedictory session.
