Webinar on “Orientation Session of NDLI” was conducted by HNIMR on 29th July 2021.
Webinar was organised for the students of HNIMR and teaching and non-teaching staff members from 12.15p.m. to 1.15 p.m. to understand resources of NDLI and promote good reading habits that will help them to face them the challenges of the competitive environment. The session which was delivered by Mrs. Manjushree Nawale, Librarian of the Institute. Dr. Surya Ramdas, Director of the Institute highlighted the importance of good reading habits for students thus opening doors of new knowledge to enlighten their minds. She focused that good reading habits for students develops confidence, improves speaking and writing skills, improves focus and concentration. Madam encouraged students and staff to use NDLI resources to maximum extent.

- How to effectively use resources available at NDLI
Overall Webinar was coordinated by Librarian Mrs. Manjushree Nawale with the help of Library Staff Mrs. Minal Kotwal under the guidance of Director Dr. Surya Ramdas.
148 students, teaching and non-teaching staff members had participated in the event by registering through NDLI club when the Webinar was announced. Online platform used for conducting the Webinar was Google Meet. Participants submitted outcome in NDLI club after the Webinar was over. Feedback of the session was also taken separately where all the participants were highly satisfied on the training session conducted by Librarian Mrs. Manjushree Nawale. The NDLI Club registration certificate has been generated.
