In Smt. Hiraben Nanavati Institute of Management and Research for Women we have arranged one workshop for students of Human resource specialization on “HR Audit”.
Mrs. Shilpa Kulkarni renowned corporate as well as free-lancer faculty was invited for this session. She gave focus on HR systems, HR strategies, HR competencies, prerequisite for HR auditor she also gave focus on HR audit dimensions. Also one case on HR audit is discussed with students by them. Students enjoy this workshop with lots of knowledge inputs.
