HNIMR, is an all-women management institute, established in 1996. It is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University (formerly known as University of Pune) and recognized by All India Council for Technical Education & Director of Technical Education. It was accredited by National Board of Accreditation for the period 2008-2011. Further HNIMR was accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with A+ Grade (3.34 CGPA) for the year 2019 to 2024.

Students are motivated by their talk and it helped them find and pursue right career path. Also, students get a chance to have one-to-one interaction with the alumnae on their career. It clears their doubts and get guidance on choosing specialization and acquiring skills. An increase in their enthusiasm has been seen amongst the students post the program.
Under the guidance of Dr. Surya Ramdas, Director-HNIMR, Dr. Arpita Singh and Dr. Pranita Sonar have organized this event along with the student volunteers.
