Kaleidoscope event was organized by HNIMR from 21st October 2023 to 27th October 2023. The 2nd Day of the event (23rd October 2023) was Poster Presentation Competition.
The main objectives of Poster Presentation was to make students work in groups on different current themes of management and allied areas and also give an exposure to their creativity in displaying the topic chosen in posters/models. Students groups were formed. Each group chose one topic/theme of their choice and prepared Posters/Models. Management Lessons learnt was the most important aspect of the activity. Prizes were declared to best group presentations. Best of the three and consolation prizes were declared at the end of the day. “The Ride Hailing Giants – Ola Success Story” won the first prize. In addition prizes were distributed at the hands of Director Dr. Surya Ramdas and Judges Dr. Prachi Murkute and Prof. Bharati Kharshikar.
Dr. Surya Ramdas, Director, HNIMR highlighted the importance of team work to build leadership, planning and execution skills. Judges too appreciated the efforts and creativity of the students.
This event i.e. Poster Presentation was coordinated by Librarian, Manjushree K Nawale and Mrs. Minal Kotwal with the support of Kaleidoscope core coordinators Dr. Archana Pradhan and Prof. Priyanka Potdar under the guidance of Director Dr. Surya Ramdas.
