Kaleidoscope event was organized by HNIMR from 19th October 2024 to 24th October 2024. The 2nd Day of the event (21st October 2024) was Poster Presentation Competition.
The main objectives of Poster Presentation was to make students work in groups on different current themes of management and allied areas and also give an exposure to their creativity in displaying the topic chosen in posters/models. Students groups were formed. Each group chose one topic/theme of their choice and prepared Posters/Models. Following Topics were chosen by the students:

Two Judges were invited for judging the entire presentations. Dr. Deepa Sathe, Head of Department of Commerce and coordinator at Kaveri College was the first Judge and CA.Prof. Sanu Purandare, Assistant Professor in Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s College of Engineering, Dept. of MBA was the second Judge. The Event started with the inauguration ceremony of the Posters/Models at the hands of Director of the Institute Dr. Surya Ramdas, Dr. Deepa Sathe and CA.Prof. Sanu Purandare along with Mrs. Manjushree Nawale, coordinator of the event. Kaleidoscope core coordinators Dr. Archana Pradhan and Prof. Priyanka Potdar and faculty members were also present to motivate the students during inauguration ceremony. Group wise presentations started after inauguration. 22 groups presented their ideas followed by Question & Answer round by the judges. Relevance of the Topic Chosen, Presentation/Team Work and Creativity in Poster/Model were the criteria for judging.
Management Lessons learnt was the most important aspect of the activity.
Mrs. Manjushree Nawale, coordinator of the event briefed about the entire day’s proceedings during the prize distribution ceremony. Judges were felicitated during the prize distribution ceremony at the hands of Director of the Institute Dr. Surya Ramdas.
Director Madam highlighted the importance of team work to build leadership, planning and execution skills. Director Madam appreciated the sincere efforts of the students in preparing posters/models very creatively. She also appreciated the efforts taken by Librarian Mrs. Manjushree Nawale to coordinate with all the 22 groups and library staff for all the support. Judges too appreciated the efforts and creativity of the students especially the topics selected by all the teams, enthusiasm and the presentation skills of the students, and overall coordination of the event.
Prizes were declared to best group presentations. Best of the three and consolation prizes were declared at the end of the day. Team “Corporate Social Responsibility” won the first prize. Certificates and cash prizes were distributed at the hands of Director Dr. Surya Ramdas and Judges Dr. Deepa Sathe and CA.Prof. Sanu Purandare.
This event “Poster Presentation” was coordinated by Librarian, Mrs.Manjushree Nawale with the help of library staff Mrs. Minal Kotwal and Kaleidoscope core coordinators Dr. Archana Pradhan and Prof. Priyanka Potdar under the guidance of Director Dr. Surya Ramdas.
