MKSSS’s HNIMR welcomed its new batch with an MBA Induction Program held from 9th Sept’2024 to 16th Sept’2024. The inaugural ceremony was graced by Mr. N.C. Gosavi (CEO – Co placed Consultants Pvt. Ltd.), MKSSS’s – Vice Chairman & our LMC Chairman Mrs. Vidya Kulkarni and Director of the Institute, Dr. Surya Ramdas .
In this Induction Program various Corporates and other resource persons enlightened the students by delivering sessions on Corporate Power Dressing , Self-wellbeing, Panel Discussion –Journey of entrepreneurs , Prevention On Sexual harassment at workplace, Ways to connect and communicate, Informative sessions on Grievance Handling , Cyber Security , Human Rights, Orientation on EBSCO- E Book Collection
Resource persons like Ms. Sheetal Kazi, Dr. Vishakha Oke , Ms. Samruddhi Panse, Ms. Prachi Gadgil , Mr. Rohidas Rathod, Mrs. Madurima being industry experts and faculty members of HNIMR shared their knowledge with the Students.
Parents Meet was also conducted by the Director – Dr. Surya Ramdas & our LMC- Chairman Mrs. Vidya Kulkarni on the first day to get the Parents acquainted with what their ward would be doing in the coming 2 years. They also briefed the Parents about the various Social Initiatives undertaken by the Samstha and thus appealed them to contribute to the noble cause.
