On 17th and 24th March 2025 session on ‘Life 2.0, 3 A’s of Work-Life Balance: Align-Adapt-Achieve’ was organized for MBA-I students of HNIMR. Dr. Pallavi Kasande & Mrs.Swati Ranade from Baya Karve Stree Abhyas Kendra conducted the session.

The sessions focused on guiding participants toward achieving a balanced life by understanding and applying the principles of alignment, adaptation, and achievement. The concept of Life 2.0, emphasizing how to live a good quality life. The participants were introduced to the different phases of life, understanding the natural sequence in which these phases occur. The importance of setting dreams and goals was also highlighted, encouraging individuals to take charge of their personal growth.

A group activity on the dynamics of Indian family life allowed participants to reflect on the evolving roles within families. Additionally, the Wheel of Life exercise helped participants assess various aspects of their lives and identify areas where balance could be improved.

Learning Outcomes of the session were

  1. Set Clear Priorities: Define what success and balance mean for you.
  2. Time Management: Allocate time efficiently between work, personal growth, and leisure.
  3. Healthy Boundaries: Learn to say no and establish work-life limits.
  4. Self-Care: Maintain mental and physical well-being.

The speaker shared valuable insights on how to maintain a work-life balance and achieve alignment between personal and professional goals. The session was an enriching experience that provided practical tools for personal development and achieving a balanced life. Overall, “Life 2.0 – 3 A’s of Work-Life Balance” was a highly productive and enlightening session that motivated everyone to strive for a balanced and fulfilling life. By applying the Align-Adapt-Achieve methodology, an individual can foster sustainable growth and well-being in both their careers and personal lives. Around 124 students benefited by the session.
