HNIMR’s Entrepreneurship Development Cell organized an outreach and awareness program at Sanskar Mandir Arts and Commerce College, located in Ganpati Matha, Warje, on 9th February 2026. The session targeted a group of 40 students The session conducted by Mrs. Ashwini Karad & Ranjana Gogate offered an in-depth discussion on Entrepreneurship development, and how to start a new venture and become financially independent.
Idea generation activity was conducted in groups of students. Participants were divided into small groups. Each group was assigned the task of: Identifying a real‑life problem faced by society, generating multiple possible solutions, shortlisting one business idea based on feasibility, innovation, and impact. This was a Brainstorming session, problem‑solving tasks. Students were creative with their business idea. Then Ms Gogate has elaborated Business model canvas.
Learning Outcomes:
- Participants gained a deeper understanding of entrepreneurial thinking.
- Enhanced creativity and confidence in presenting new ideas.
- Strengthened teamwork and communication skills.
- Students were able to identify real‑world problems and propose workable business ideas.
- Encouraged students to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities in the future.
This event was organised under the guidance of Director Dr. Priyanka Singh, and coordinated by Prof. Ranjana Gogate ED Cell.
