HNIMR is rich with its culture and values along with strengthened academics. This year too, the institute celebrated its Ganpati Festival by installing eco friendly ganpati idol on 2nd Sept. 2019. The students of the cultural cell with the help of admin and non teaching staff decorated the venue for Ganpati arrival. The celebration lasted for 3 days. The institute had a vibrant atmosphere through out for 3 days with ganpati aartis, delicious Prasad and blessings from Lord Ganesha. On the third day i.e. 4th Sept. 2019 all HNIMR staff and students participated in the Ganpati immersion. This year, HNIMR payed tribute to the flood affected areas in Maharashtra by carrying out the immersion process in silence without ‘Dhol – Tasha’ and ‘Phetas’ which is the traditional culture during the Ganpati Festival. Thus, students were made aware of their social responsibility during the entire Ganpati festival.
