Dr. Ashok Pawar
Associate ProfessorDr. Ashok Pawar is MBA & Ph.D, having specialized in Marketing, from the University of Pune, Dept. of Management Sciences (PUMBA). He has more than 11 years industry experience coupled with 4 years of teaching experience. His area of interest is ‘New Media’ and ‘Green Marketing’. He has participated and presented several research papers at National level, International level conferences and seminars. He is instrumental in designing and executing short term certicicate programs in ‘Digital Media Management’. He is part of the ‘Academic Monitoring Committee’ as a member and Coordinator. -

Dr. Mihika Kulkarni
Dr.Mihika Kulkarni has done her doctoral research in Human Resource Management. She has about seven years of industrial experience .She has been active in the academics since nine years. She has to her credit research articles presented in many national and international conferences. She has also co-authored a book on “Employee Empowerment and Training and Development”.Her interest in research has motivated her to carry out University of Pune sponsored mini research project. She is a certified entrepreneurship educator and a corporate trainer. Her domain expertise lies in the area Human Resource Management ,General management and Entrepreneurship Development. -

She is associated with the Institute as an Associate Professor in the faculty of General Management & Finance Specialization. She is also Incharge of the Corporate Interface of the Institute. She has an experience of more than a decade in Academics, 3 years of Industrial Experience and an experience of handling projects under training & consultancy.

Dr. Suvarna Dhamdhere
Assistant ProfessorDr. Suvarna is Ph.D. (Computer Management), MCM (Java), M.Com. (Accountancy and Taxation), and B.Com.(Computer). She is Ph.D. guide with SPPU. She has done Higher Diploma in Software Engineering from Aptech. She has successfully completed Entrepreneurship Educator Course of NEN and Entrepreneurship Educator Development Course of ISB Hyderabad sponsored by Wadhvani Foundation. She has published and presented empirical research papers in national and international conferences. She has successfully completed minor research projects sponsored by University of Pune in “Rain Water Harvesting and its Management” and “A study of Information Management System (IMS) in the process of Website Development and Maintenance with reference to Educational Institutes under Pune University”.

Assistant ProfessorDr. Pranita Sonar has Master’s degree in personnel management. She has earned M. Phill in Organizational Climate and is currently perusing Phd in Emotional Labour. She has about 8 years of teaching experience in the field of management education and has industry experience of about 2 years. Many research papers authored by her have been published in journals. She has presented papers in National and International seminars. -

Dr. Prashant Mamarde
Assistant ProfessorDr. Prashant Mamarde has the masters degrees M. Com. from University of Pune and MBA in Financial Management from IGNOU. He has also passed UGC – NET examination. He has 25 yrs of industrial experience in leading Indian companies such as Videocon Group, JMC Projects India Ltd., Ashoka Buildcon Group. He has 11 years of teaching experience till date. He has presented papers at national seminars. -

Dr. Manasi Javadekar
Assistant ProfessorDr. Manasi Javadekar’s teaching focus is HRM and Legal aspects. She has done a post graduation is Personnel management as well as she holds a law degree (LLB, MPM). This allows her to think of HR in legal perspective with inter-disciplinary approach. Herself, an alumni of HNIMR, she was a ranker for MPM (7th rank in University of Pune). She is associated with HNIMR since 5 years in capacity of assistant professor. She has presented her research papers in 3 conferences.

Dr. Arpita Singh
Assistant ProfessorProf. Arpita Singh has pursued her Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and M.A in Industrial Psychology from Nagpur University. She has also done a diploma in Marketing and Advertisement from Bhavan’s College , Mumbai. Presently she is Pursuing her PhD in Human Resources from the University of Pune. She has about 9 years of experience in teaching till date . Her domain is Human Resource Management , General management and Strategic Management . -

Dr. Kamalakar Munde
Assistant ProfessorDr. Kamalakar Munde has a MBA degree in marketing specialization. He has completed Ph.D. in management from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune in the month of May 2013. He has 5.9 years of teaching experience as approved faculty by University of Pune. He is an approved PG teacher for marketing management subject from UOP. Dr. Munde has presented more than 12 papers at national and international seminars. His seven papers have been published in journals and seminar proceedings. -

Shri. Ganesh Lotke
Assistant ProfessorProf. Ganesh Lotke has a BE degree in Metallurgical Engineering from COEP, Pune. He has completed MBA in Production and Materiels Management from Pune University. He has also cleared UGC NET in the subject of Management in June 2013. He has over 2.5 years of industrial experience in leading MNC’s like BOSCH , Bharat Forge Ltd. and Indian Seamless Metal Tube Ltd. He had 3.5 years of teaching experience as approved faculty by UoP to till date for Production and Materials Management subjects. He has presented a paper at national seminar. -

Dr. Archana Tatkar
Assistant ProfessorDr. Archana Tatkar has a Masters Degree in Personnel Management from Pune University and is a diploma holder in Labour Law and Labour Welfare practices from Symbiosis Institute. With 6 + years of corporate experience, she joined HNIMR in 2012 and works here in the are of Human Resource Management and General Management. She has published papars in national journals. She is also part of Placement Support team, Cultural Department and a active member in Sports Cell.

LibrarianProf. Manjushree Nawale has completed her BSc. (Chem), M.Lib&ISc, NET (UGC), SET, and L.L.B. She is serving as the Librarian of the Institute since 2006. She has completed Library Automation and Web OPAC service during her tenure. She constantly works on initiating new innovative practices in the Library like Book Displays of various authors & subjects, Book Bank Scheme, Book Shelf Activity, Library Talks, New arrivals display, Best Library User, etc. -
