From 3rd Aug. 204 to 9th Aug. 2024 an employability enhancement training course titled ‘Employability with Empathy for Girls’ was organized at HNIMR for the IInd year MBA students. This course was organized in association with Naandi Foundation under Mahindra Pride Classroom initiative. Miss Taniya Awjekar , Image consultant / Soft Skill Trainer conducted these sessions. This 36 hour training covered topics related to life skills, soft skills, communication skills, interview skills and presentation skills. This session was beneficial for enhancing the employability of the attendees. Around 60 students benefited by the sessions.
