HR Analytics Using Python and Machine Learning

A certificate course on HR Analytics was organized from the 5^th to 7^th March 2024 for MBA Junior students. It was conducted by Revati Pawar who is currently working at the Academy of Information Technology.

The main aim behind organizing the course was to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to leverage data analytics in Human Resource Management. The course began with an introduction to analytics, the use of analytics in HR, Python, and Machine Learning, its significance, and how it can drive strategic decision-making within organizations.

The course was a blend of lectures, case studies, and practical exercises which helped students to gain hands-on experience with popular analytical tools. It also helped students to connect the HR Analytics theory with real-world HR Analytics applications. The course proved to be a valuable learning experience for the students equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge.
