From 23rd Sep. 2024 to 27th Sep. 2024, a workshop on ‘Payroll Management System’ was organized at HNIMR for HR Specialisation students. Mr. Sachin Phulse from PreHR conducted this course in a practical manner, wherein theory was taught to students and hands on experience was given to them through practical’s . Student learnt about
- Maintenance of Statutory Returns – TDS,
- Profession Tax,
- Form – 16, form A & form B
- Form 26 AS,
- Provident Fund
- ESI
- Calculation of CTC and designing salary structure,
- Income from salaries,
- Deductions from salaries
- Value of rent-free accommodation.
Around 31 students benefited from this workshop. On successful completion of the course, certificates were handed over to the participants.
