HNIMR’s alumnae Cell has organized the Panel Discussion on “MBA – A Journey Towards a Bright Career” on 12th November, 2022 during Induction Programme. It was attended by first year MBA students and faculty members of HNIMR. The basic aim of this panel discussion was to provide a platform to the MBA Jr students to interact with the past students of the institute. The alumnae were asked to guide the students about what to expect from the course, areas of domain knowledge required, need & importance of Cross- Functioning and share their real-life experiences
After a welcome address and felicitation by Dr. Surya Ramdas, Director, the panel discussion was started. It was conducted by Ishwari Vispute, MBA Sr. Student. All the alumnae participants have shared their real-life work experiences with the students and stressed on the need to learn the basics, core subjects, certification courses, excel, importance of networking, creating visibility and have lot of patience and determination.
Under the guidance of Dr. Surya Ramdas, Director HNIMR Dr. Arpita Singh and Dr. Pranita Sonar have organized this panel discussion along with the student volunteers. The discussion proved to be highly informative and Constructive.
