HNIMR believes in its intellectual assets. Alumnae, the past students of the Institute are such intellectual assets. HNIMR is always proud of its alumnae, the “Wealth of HNIMR”.
HNIMR organizes an event “Wealth of HNIMR” each year, the panel discussion of alumnae working at senior levels in the industry. The aim of the event is to build a platform for the present students of MBA to acquire experiential knowledge from the industry experts. At the same time it creates the forum for alumnae to build their professional network.
This year HNIMR organized “Wealth of HNIMR” on the topic “Corporate Employability” on Saturday, 13th September 2014. This panel discussion explored many aspects related to corporate employability. It helped our MBA students to understand how to assess themselves to identify the lacuna to improve.
Our alumnae play the role of “Corporate Mentor” to groom our students. The session, “ Corporate Mentorship”, one-to-one interaction of the students with alumnae to seek guidance from their corporate mentors was conducted after the panel discussion.
The alumnae addressed the students were from different backgrounds. The following alumnae graced the event to mentor the students:

The event was organised by the students for the students under the leadership of student-in-charge, Ms. Payal Parkhe.
