HNIMR Co-curricular cell – Envision 2013


“Envision 2013” PPT presentation competition was organised for undergraduate students from Junior colleges in and around Pune. The competition was held on 21st February 2013 from 10.00 a.m. onwards at conference hall, HNIMR. Dr. Bharati Dole, Director-HNIMR welcomed all the students and wished them for the competition. The participants were given 5 to 7 minutes for presenting their pre-selected topic. The participants selected their topic from the topics like My college katta, my favorite youth icon, Money and lifestyle, Generation gap, Science and technology, Role of youth in development of India, Women empowerment, India of my Dreams etc. which were allowed for presentation. Total 23 students (15 teams) from colleges like kaveri college, Cummins Engineering college, Siddhivinayak College, BMCC, SP, MNVIT, SNDT etc. participated in the event. The participants were evaluated based on criteria like presentation skill, communication skill, relevance of content, overall impact etc. Dr. Mukund Tapkir and Dr. Atul Deshpande were the judges for the event.

The results were as under:

3rd PrizeRs. 500/- Soumya Pandey Cummins college of engineering

The judges expressed their valuable comments on the performance of the participants and gave them tips for further improvements. Winning teams were given the merit certificates in the hands of Dr. Dole, Dr. Tapkir and Dr. Deshpande. Other students were given participation certificates. The event was co-ordinated by Sakshi Koul and Mitali Baldota under the guidance of Director Madam and the faculty members under the co-curricular cell being Dr. Deshpande, Dr. Pawar, Prof. Gaikwad, Prof. Singh, Prof. Thite and Prof. Lotke.
