The International Business Department of HNIMR boasts of an array of activities that enhance the employability skills of the students.
The objectives range from imparting in pupils the knowledge of dynamic business environment to integrating international business with other business functions.
To meet with its all-pervasive goals, the department aims at conducting multifarious pedagogical activities ranging from traditional mode of class-room teaching to most modern techniques of teaching-learning process that includes peer-sharing reviews, interactive sessions, case applications and role-play along with simulations.
The department is developing its activity base through corporate interface sessions and company visits. The department is also making sincere efforts to enhance employability of the IB students by way of attracting corporate companies and strengthening potential employment data through alumni communication and e-mail correspondence with potential export-import companies and banking and trade organizations.

In the last two years, the department has seen almost all the students having secured employment where the average package is ranging between 2.20 and 2.65 lacks of rupees.
