Objectives of the department:
1) To enhance domain knowledge in finance of students
2) To enhance the employability of the students

Activities to be conducted:
1) Developing a glossary on Financial terms and concepts
2) Conducting two objective tests of 100 marks for evaluating the knowledge and understanding of various terms and concepts among the students
3) Conducting debate on current financial issues
4) Organising CFO meet
5) Conducting Tally ERP Course (40 Hours)
6) Establishing Tie-ups with asssociations in Banking and Finance sector
7) To conduct fortnightly activity on analysing sectoral financial issues updates referring various daily newspapers and Journals

Outcome expected:
1) Strengthened domain knowledge-base of the students
2) Enhanced awareness about the current issues in finance
3) Hands on experience on Financial – accounting and analytical tool through Tally Course
